Registration
The Joy School is a nine-month program, September through May. (Because the month of December has fewer days than usual, we do actually begin on August 20 and 21, 2008.) All children attending are required to have a registration form filled out. The registration form is available to download here as an Adobe Acrobat file. Click here to download the registration form. You will be asked if you want to open the file or save it. Save the file, then you can easily type in the spaces provided to fill out the form. Print it, sign it, then mail it or bring it to THE JOY SCHOOL at 1025 North 600 East, Logan, UT 84341. |
